From admission through Hospice, their unwavering support gave us strength when we needed it most, making the whole journey feel safe and dignified. Every member of the team- from maintenance, kitchen, activity, aids nurses, doctors, administration, to hospice staff- showed an exceptional level of care and dedication. If I could give it a 10 star review I would! From admission through Hospice, their unwavering support gave us strength when we needed it most, making the whole journey feel safe and dignified. Every member of the team- from maintenance, kitchen, activity, aids nurses, doctors, administration, to hospice staff- showed an exceptional level of care and dedication. They truly knew him, providing personalized care that felt just right for his specific situation. The team treated our loved one with extraordinary compassion, respect and patience every day. The hospice team made the final transition gentle and dignified. We're grateful for the safe, supportive environment they created. My Dad needed an assisted living arrangement following his stay at a nursing home. Heritage Hills (HH) was our choice because of its reputation in the Weatherly community and location. Dad has received good care by the HH nursing staff and Dietary staff have provided nutritious meals. The Housekeeping is exceptional along with the laundry service. The Maylath Hospice Organization provided medical equipment, Nursing oversight, and support for Dad, me and my husband during this time. We feel confident that we made the right choice.
Heritage Hill Senior Community is a nice place with great staff.

Everything with Heritage Hill has been first class. The way the team did visitation tours to paperwork. The main part is the care my mom is receiving. It has been outstanding and the communication to the family has been spot on!
My nana has been here for a few months following a fall. The staff has been extremely accommodating to her every need and her reasonable wishes. The facility itself is safe and spotless. I would recommend Heritage Hills without apprehension.

The staff has been exceptional in keeping our family well-informed about my mother’s well-being, ensuring we feel involved and reassured every step of the way. Their communication is clear, timely, and transparent, which has been a huge comfort. The environment is warm and inviting, and the facility is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The activities are varied and engaging, catering to all interests and abilities, and it’s wonderful to see how much the residents enjoy them. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive, offering personalized care that feels both compassionate and thorough. My mother has made meaningful connections with fellow residents, and it’s heartwarming to see them socializing in such a supportive atmosphere. Always short staffed. Rarely saw anyone come into my mom's room while there so I assume that was the standard. Long waits if she called for help. They did not care about how they dressed her. Often just a sweater on top( my mom was ALWAYS cold which we told them. And provided them with warm undershirts. Clothes on backwards, inside out, not matching. Hair rarely combed.
My mother has been a resident at Heritage Hill Senior Community for nearly a year, and it truly feels like home for her. Before choosing Heritage Hill, we explored several senior living options, but none offered the warmth and sense of community we found here. The staff is wonderful, always ready to provide updates on her well-being whenever we call, and we are welcome to visit her anytime. During our visits, we see her actively participating in activities, enjoying her meals, and living in a clean, welcoming environment. Heritage Hill’s team has also gone above and beyond to meet her medical needs, arranging transportation and companionship whenever she requires care at outside facilities. They have fully embraced her as part of the community, helping her engage in activities and making her feel truly at home. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for Heritage Hill Senior Community.
