My grandmother lives at Viva Memory Care at Dresher. She is so happy there! The staff is unbelievable and I always feel so happy when I leave there knowing Gram is happy in her new home!!!!
Think it's probably a totally different staff now . The facility is beautiful . Shame they never got their act together. It was a good location for me.
My father moved to Viva Memory Care at Dresher back in November. We were very uncomfortable about having him move into a community, however, shortly after the move, we realized we should have moved him in months ago. The staff at Viva welcomed the whole family and made the move much easier than we anticipated! They have been great with him from day one!! We toured many communities and really had a difficult time choosing where to take him. We all agree now that we made the right decision in finding the perfect place with GREAT care as his new home. Thank you for all your assistance with my father this is the culmination of 2 years of planning to move my father back to his homeland in Australia and we could not have done any of this without you. My father was well cared for during the 3 1/2 years he lived at Viva Memory Care (formerly Woodland Creek). The staff were kind, supportive and helpful. We highly recommend Viva Memory Care at Dresher
We toured several memory care facilities for our loved one. Viva just felt right, the staff is great, friendly, caring, and so kind. Any issues we’ve had have been handled promptly and positively. It’s the right place for our loved one. So grateful to have found Viva Memory Care at Dresher!
Not sure if you need this info but they've recently gone through a change in management and in my opinion gone significantly downhill. It seems like they've fired the majority of staff and just sit the residents in front of the tv all day. We ended up moving my mom out. Room sizes are good. I felt like the room was acceptable for what my mom needed. I do not feel like there were any amenities offered. My mom received extra services (haircuts, PT, etc) but they were through external organizations.
Great people. Wasn't able to help with our situation but was the first facility to give us quality guidance in our next steps. These people care.
I went to Viva Memory Care last weekend to visit with my Grandfather. When I first got there, I was surprised not to find him in his room, however, one of the caregivers for the day, had most of the residents in the activity room and was doing a sing along with them. I did not interrupt the activity as it made my heart happy to see him engaged in this activity. He is not one to participate in any activity other than watching his TV. This caregiver worked her magic and had him out of his room to sing with most of the other residents.
