4.9 · 37 reviewsWe just love living here, the roomie apartments, walk-in closet, extra laundry space, most of all the closed in balcony. Neighbors are friendly, and the office staff and maintenance are very responsive and professional. Our neighbors are becoming more like family every day.

I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Dublin Terrace community.The people in charge are very responsible and in tune to the needs of the residents. Maintenance problems are fixed in a timely fashion.There are centrally located sitting areas outside ,and planters adorn the building entrances . Trees and bushes are kept in excellent shape.The activities and trips are well planned, and the Clubhouse and swimming pool are well maintained. This is a pleasant, quiet Community, where neighbors help each other when needed.

Great place to live, but updates are needed and not forthcoming. Kitchen cabinets are looking dated, as is tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Low end GE appliances. Maintenance is good, grounds are lovely, location is good and people are very friendly.
It is a wonderful community where I feel secure and confident that the management team is available whenever needed. I am conveniently located near Willow Grove and Horsham. The neighbors are friendly and supportive, and the property is meticulously maintained.
Residents are kind, cordial and fun. The design of the apartment building is exceptional because there are only four units on every floor, giving every apartment a corner view,. The property is well lit with pavements all around providing safe and interesting walking opportunities, especially for dog residents.The office staff plans entertainment and social events throughout the year at no cost to residents. Maintenance is very responsive with most issues resolved on the day of request. Housekeeping of public areas is exceptional. The club house provides opportunities for residents to play card games, and the fitness center has treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals and free weights. Location near the Virginia Drive/Fort Washington exits on the turnpike provides easy commuting across the area. Upper Dublin township has great parks and libraries. Shopping is abundant in Willow Grove, Ambler and Flourtown.

Beautiful Apartments. Grounds are secure, very well maintained and beautifully manicured. Neighborhood is a pleasure to walk through. Office Management can constantly be seen walking throughout the grounds and buildings ensuring all is as it should be and quickly address any residence concerns expeditiously. Maintenance personnel address all concerns expeditiously and do the job correctly the first time and go out of their way to ensure your problem has been resolved.
