Very clean and very helpful staff. I don't know the costs
horrible place for elderly people. they don’t do their jobs it’s ridiculous. if you have a 80+ year old patient and this is very different for them, you should probably get them ready to be able to go home instead of just let them sit there all night and not walk around after a major surgery. i mean come on? have these people never worked with older patients? also takes them 30-40 mins to even come in to help the patients sometimes. downright lazy and have no clue what they’re doing. do not bring your elderly family here!!!
I wasn't the patient, just a visitor. Fine atmosphere. The patience I visited seemed content. Easy to get in & out of facility.
Terrific place for the elderly. Food is excellent and the pots are always in tip top shape thanks to Lori!!!!
My husband arrived yesterday, staff very attentive. Facility very clean.birds are a nice touch
My mom was in Vincentian on Perrymont for one month from mid November to mid December. One of the aides made her walk to the bathroom by herself because my mom's room was too hot and the aide needed to get some air in the hallway. Another aide told my mom he was done helping her go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Meanwhile, she was a fall risk the entire time she was there. We did complain but I don't think it made any difference. They really need to watch who they hire in these places. The day we took her home was one of the happiest days of our life. She ended up going back into the hospital and we lost her at the end of December. The only consolation we have is she didn't have to die in that place. I would have given them a negative 10 if I could. I regret not bringing her home sooner.
Horrible place work people on a 1 with 30 plus patients poor environment stay away!!
My mother spent one month in Vincentian on Perrymont Road in December of 2023. The happiest day of my life was when we took her home. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was in her care. I won't go into the details here but I never want to step foot in that place again. If I could give them anything less than one star, I would have given them a negative 10 because that's exactly where they deserve to be.
