The staff is absolutely wonderful. Clean halls! The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is so pleasant! Thank you for taking care of my family like I would! With love ❤️
The attendant care is good much better than another center. The are invested in seeing their patients getting better and do better in keeping skin intact. Usually polite and usually answer call bells in a timely manner..
Wonderful staff and facility. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It’s clean and friendly environment from the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommend for loved ones.
Amazing changes at Burgh Care Center. The facility grounds have been cleaned and the landscaping refreshed. The facility itself is under renovation. The finished product is great, but what is to come is a show stopper. An entire floor of private rooms aimed at creating an exceptional short term rehab unit.
Great facility with staff who care about the residents!
The staff was super helpful and proffesional. The facility really looks nice! Highly recommend this facility for ones loved one.
I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. If your relative needs care, DO NOT send them here. There is a reason they don't show pictures of the inside of this building. Outside of a few aides and two nurses who were wonderful, this place is absolutely horrible. Staff will steal your belongings, promise to replace them and then don't. The food they provide patients/residents is absolutely appalling. The rooms are not cleaned like they are supposed to be. Outside of the few aides and two nurses mentioned above, staff is extremely rude and do not take care of patients the way they should. The nurse practitioner's only job seems to be how to manipulate a patient's family into keeping them there and making the patients believe they will die any day, whether it is true or not. The bathroom my husband had smelled disgusting, and had a missing faucet for the tub. The room he was in had a big hard uncomfortable bed with no rails, even with his limited mobility, which caused him to develop a bed sore. This facility is a prison for people who are sick and need to be closed. I can see why they keep renaming the building, hoping that their despicable reputation does not follow them with their name change. Update: I wanted to add this, based upon that ridiculous standard PR reply from the owner of this poor excuse of a care center. First of all, several family members and myself have brought our concerns to staff members/supervisors, and guess what, nothing was done about it. Relatives were talked about in a negative way by staff, as well as my husband who was a patient, and my calls regarding his stolen property were addressed just to be dismissed when it came time to replacing those items. Then when I attempted to reach out several times regarding this matter, my calls and emails were never returned. So don't try to save face by stating you care and to bring concerns to your staff, because that has been done, and there were no results or improvement. Myself and other family members were lied to regarding his condition, because guess what I actually asks the other doctors he has seen questions, and thank God I did instead of listening to your nurse practitioner about his condition. If you want to be sincere about what you stated in your response, how about actually taking action and accountability for the debauchery that goes on here and doing better.
Everything is saturated of urine. Starting from the elevator there is urine throughout the hallway, beds, bathrooms and even the patients clothes.
