Friendly staff, very clean and my family member seemed happy.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! The food is horrible!! They gave my father a diabetic, a regular tray every day and most days they had to go find food to put a tray together. There is no menu to pick from everyone gets the same thing. The staff is subpar the nursing supervisor on nights should fired along with the day light supervisor and the housekeeping supervisor if they even have one. I don't know how the person in charge of the kitchen even got a job. If you love your love one DoNOT SEND THEM TO THIS PLACE. The daylight employees will leave your loved one pissy until the night crew comes and when you report them everyone blames the other and NO BODY does a DAMN thing!!!!! We had to call 911 in order to get my dad out of this place! We also filed a police report. No one cares!!! No one does anything all you get is the run around and a lot of lip service from management on down. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I wish I could give them a 0 rating because they deserve less than a 0.

Well, everybody I’ve spent some Rehab at this care facility I spent five months in this rehab the staff friendly caring and try their best to accommodate everybody sometimes after work under hard conditions from being short on staff due to typical issues of either not being able to come in or whether or not allowing or illness, but the staff that does come in and work try their best to accommodate everybody. That’s they’re taking care of when I first arrived. The food quality was not the best, but it was decent. Nothing to brave about at the time during my stay they had made changes to staffing and had acquired a new dietary director who is very good at what he’s doing and it is making changes to improve the food service they are providing over the last month that I was a patient of this facility. The quality had definitely improved. It is not going to change ovur night. It is going to take some time, but there has been great strides improvement as far as the staff taking care of people, one on one, this is not a facility that I recommend if you need more personal one-on-one care all the time they are too many patients for this facility to be able to have somebody one on one with a patient for an entire day they have some private rooms and then they have rooms that have two patients per room, which can be overwhelming for the staff at times to be able to handle everybody everybody’s needs, but they do their best, and without a doubt should be applauded for their efforts there has been people who made comments recently that are somewhat accurate, but don’t totally not give them a chance. They are working on correcting problems to the best of their abilities. Fortunately, I was not a highly needed person of service which allowed the nursing aids and nurses to attend to other patients within the facility when needed they did their best to take care of my needs without a doubt. No place is perfect, but they give their efforts to accommodate your needs.
