The community is so welcoming and staff are so kind, friendly, and caring to the residents/families. We appreciate their collaboration, professionalism and commitment/dedication to genuine care. As a hospice agency, we greatly value our partnership with their team. We’re grateful for the relationship and highly recommend.
Very friendly accommodating staff, Willing to help in anyway they can. Very nice accommodation. They have a few activities for the residents several times a day every day and have family oriented events for relatives to join in the fun.
The Willow, Assisted Living in Macungie, Pennsylvania is a homelike atmosphere, provides good care, good meals and great activities. Jessica the DON is especially helpful, always cheerful, and a great Nurse. The nursing techs are kind and helpful. All of the Staff I have encountered are helpful. The Willow is a wonderful place!

The Willow is a really homey place for your loved one. The staff is amazing and they truly know their residents. Rebecca, the Community Relations Director, truly knows her community inside and out. I would highly recommend The Willow to anyone who is currently looking for a place for their loved one.

The Willow is very welcoming with a very homey feel. The staff is great and directors are very easy to work with. If you ever need to find a place for your loved one this is the spot.
Overpriced and bad care. The kept raising the prices all the time they kept messing up the prescriptions with pharmacies that did not take our plan causing us thousands. Stay away from it.
Absolutely horrific. We could write a book about all the lies, deceit, lack of care, lack of oversight and total lack of professionalism at this facility. This place was the beginning of the end for my mother. They don’t even deserve one star, but I have to put something in. We were just too broken and exhausted to pursue a lawsuit, which we would’ve had a good one.
