I toured Legend of Allentown this morning and WOW! This place is incredible! Super clean, extremely friendly staff who genuinely cares about the residents and will go above and beyond for everyone they encounter. Staff that had the biggest impact on my tour was Tyler Fisher who is a true asset to this facility and loves what he does, he gave the best tour and explained everything in such detail that I didn’t have any questions when I was leaving. From initial conversation to unfortunately end of life, the team at Legend showed me and my family respect and quality care. Tyler was excellent with follow through and taking concerns seriously and acting immediately. Showing our family his respect at our family members funeral is a true depiction of his character and the heart of the team at Legend. Thank you for showing us what senior living should look like!

My family and I had the pleasure of touring Legend of Allentown with Tyler. Their approach to Senior Living provides independence, dignity, safety and pieced of mind in a BEAUTIFUL facility with modern amenities. The passion and respect I witnessed from Tyler while on tour was reassuring and heartwarming and I knew we chose the right place for my dad!
Legend of Allentown is indeed aesthetically pleasing, and there are some outstanding staff members. Before relocating your loved one, consider the following: 1. How many resident directors have there been in the last three years? 2. Sample their "Gold Leaf Dining Experience" by trying a few meals. 3. Ask about the permanent to temporary staff ratio. 4. Inquire about continuity of care and communication between shifts. 5. Ask about their "Census Policy." 6. Call the main number after 8 pm to check responsiveness. Our heartfelt thanks go to Jason, Pam, Susan, Jill, Cheryl, Lesley, and Amy, who truly care about residents and families. I hope you get a new director who values their staff and treats the residents with humanity.
I recently visited Legend of Allentown, and I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the community. I visited several other communities in the past and couldn't get past the trash in the parking lot and how the building didn't smell fresh and clean. Legend of Allentown definitely takes pride in their community. The staff also seemed very engaged with the residents. The care staff were knocking on resident doors to see if they wanted to participate in Happy Hour. It was great to see residents engaging with either other and making new friends. Kudos to Legend of Allentown!!
Staci, the Sales Director, truly goes above and beyond to assist families with the overwhelming decision to move into a community. Her genuine warmth and compassion allows families to immediately connect with her. I have worked professionally with her to assist in the move in process. She has visit with our clients in the hospital on her way home from work not just to add an extra smile, but to add reassurance they are in good hands with her. Staci’s professional manner and care for residents doesn’t end at the day of move in. She’s an invaluable resource for families and an amazing team member.
