Everyone at The Villa St. Elizabeth seemed to be very happy. I met one of the aides who helped me find the tour director. The tour director showed me all around, and she was very good, answered all my questions, gave me information about cost and what I needed to do, the next steps, those kinds of things. They have a library. They also have quite a bit of acreage outdoor spaces, and they have some buildings where people have their apartments. Then they own another mansion that is their dementia care unit. It is a very old mansion, and they've kept a lot of the antiques. Everything was clean.

I toured The Villa St. Elizabeth. They showed me private rooms, but I thought that my loved one would need a memory care unit. Nevertheless, I like the single rooms. They had a couple of sections. For my loved one though, I thought that would be a little hard for her getting around walking on her own. I thought the place was clean and friendly. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, very polite, and very informative. I like the tour overall. The building is an old mansion, but it was nice and secure. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, very polite, and very informative. I like the tour overall. The building is an old mansion, but it was nice and secure. I had to ring the doorbell to get in, and somebody let me in. At that time, they had Christmas trees in several different rooms. They had a library, which was very nice. I saw a couple of residents sitting down, reading books, and talking to the person who was doing the books. I don't think he worked for the facility, but I think he came in to bring certain books that they would want to look over.

Gorgeous Grounds and Interiors. Staff is always so helpful.

A very safe place for our loved ones. Staff is pleasant with residence and families. The mansion is exquisite and the grounds and landscaping is as well. Like the activities they provide for the residents.

They genuinely care about the residents, and treat them with respect.

What a beautiful facility, great food and awesome activities. My mother always sound really happy and content when we speak. What a great place to be!

I toured this Community recently researching for my parents. Beautiful grounds and design. Elegant victorian building truly feels like a luxurious mansion or hotel instead of a clinical facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities and options

Family Values transcend throughout every facet of this community. From beautiful grounds to decorated interiors, great food and activities, to above and beyond care. Thank you team Villa, you are the best! and Thank you for keeping all of us safe with no coronavirus since day 1!!
