This was my first visit to Berkshire and from my meetings with the administration folks and all the other nurses and care employees that I met, it was a very positive experience. I believe my brother is in good hands completing his recovery.
Henrietta is happy there with the food and the way she is treated so if she’s happy, I’m happy
Just visiting a friend. The people were friendly and seem caring toward the patients.
I am very happy with the help that I got with my mother. They are so understaffed for what People pay to get care they can certainly afford to hire more people and pay them well! My mom declined since she has been here because she can’t stand up anymore. She goes from the wheelchair to the toilet, but the Caregivers can’t do it alone. My mother will be coming home on Thursday now I am stuck having to try to master this alone. I am happy with most of the staff. There is 1 night shift woman who called my mom a cry baby and told her to stop crying! You need more people! They need transportation people ! OK Same story stock market or you guys making more freaking money on people? It is about getting them well and getting them home It’s ridiculous. Everything is a monopoly these days.
Employees I’ve met have been great. Place is clean
Sorry I am only a close friend to Jean Huey Wagner I visit, pray over her and sometimes hold her drinks for her I do not pay for anything
I am not pleased with the care that my mother is receiving. I previously spoke with the social worker about a staff member being ruff with her, now I am very concerned and disappointed that my mom has been sitting in the wheelchair before I arrived, I contacted the staff and let them know that she was tired and wanted to lay down. It is 8:18pm and we have been waiting since 6:52pm……
Very welcoming & helpful receptionist and all of the patient caregivers are very pleasant & caring.
