I gave this place a 3 mainly bcuz they were always short on staff..my mother would push the button for help to go to rest room and most of the time it would atleast 20 mins.before help would come..most times we would have to help her ourselves so she wouldn't have an accident..the food was not appealing most days..breakfast was the best meal of the day..there were times my mom had fallen out of bed or a chair..luckily no injuries but would have to spend restless nights sleeping in her wheelchair in the hallway because she was under nurses watch from the fall..maybe once or twice they put her…

Very nice, clean facility with a friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and made the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.
I had the opportunity to visit Capitol Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center and was impressed by how welcoming and caring the staff were. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and treated the residents with respect and compassion. The facility appeared clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff works hard to create a positive environment. It’s reassuring to see people who genuinely care about those they serve. Keep up the great work!
So many issues with this facility. They do not give showers on scheduled days. They did not do my loved one's laundry for a week, I had to tell them to do it. The food is served cold. They use the wheelchair all the time, how is the patient suppose to get stronger. Trash laid on the patient's floor for over a week. No blankets available. They do not answer the call bell in a timely manner. My loved one waited 45 minutes until I had to go get someone to help. Lack of communication between family and staff. We had 2 GREAT LPN's. I will give those 2 ladies a great review...
Patient care is horrible. My grandmother is there and she was found by my mother to be sitting in urine as she needs help to the bathroom. This is a rehab facility that is so uncalled for. No kitchen cooked meals on weekends only sandwiches which I think is ridiculous as well. She had to go to the bathroom and she is confused and has issues with walking and balance. She was found on the floor as her roommate had to yell for help. Nurse call buttons only turns on a light above her room doesn’t ring a bell at the station. They had no idea she fell. With patients like this they should be checking on her more often or put measures in place to prevent things like this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this facility. Horrible patient care. If I could I would shut them down.
Great facility! warm and inviting, great meals and the cleanliness is amazing. I would have any family member stay at this wonderful place. The staff is extremely kind and caring!!
Every one very nice and respectful my brother likes being in rehab
I was to see my sister who is in her last days and i was very pleased at what I saw. She looked clean and her bedding was clean. She seemed to be as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I feel she is being cared for in a very humane and respectful way. Thank you Capital.
