Thankful for the staff on the 4th floor for taking such good care of my grandmother and her guests during her stay at Leland of Laurel Run.
We have had my mother in-law here for about 2 weeks in memory care if I could give 6 stars I would , we see the same smiling caring faces every day. They are all wonderful and are taking such excellent care of her!!! Thank you all
I went to visit my Uncle for the first time at the Leland since he moved there. The place is so nice looking and very clean. The staff are all friendly and treat my uncle with respect. Other places haven't been a good fit, but here he is truly HOME.
I toured The Leland of Laurel Run. What I liked best was the atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness. The least that I liked was the price. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and inviting, with a homely atmosphere. The size of the room was nice and accommodating. The dining area was very open.
My grandma, Mary spent the last several years at the Leland. She passed away last month in the memory care unit at the age of 99 1/2. The nurses and other staff members treated her like family! We were blessed to have her at such a loving caring place! I would highly recommend the Leland for all of your loved ones needs!
I found a place for my wife. The place is called the Leland of Laurel Run. It's very affordable. It's rather small. It's a privately-owned place. It's a really nice place. They have large private rooms, small private rooms, and then they have what they call shared private rooms in which they share a bathroom. They have all kinds of activities and stuff. The staff are all very friendly. They have a TV and air conditioning in the room. They have a dresser, a recliner, and a bed. They have a bathroom. The shared private one is the one where two rooms share one bathroom. It's an old hotel and they turned it into a care facility. They have meals and everything. They do the people's laundry for them. They have an in-house doctor. They pretty much take care of them right there. They don't allow them outside unless there is somebody with them. It seems like they're very down-to-earth people who genuinely care about people. The person who took me around was great. She was very friendly, down-to-earth, and caring. Maureen is the manager there and she takes care of your applications and stuff. She was very friendly and very nice, too. Everybody was very nice there. It's an older building, but everything is really nice, and they keep it up. They're going to start my wife around the regular section and then see how she does.
I am giving The Leland of Laurel Run 5 stars! My mother was well taken care of and I was always informed of any needs or changes in her condition. The Leland is affordable and offers excellent care. My mother had hospice services there and The Leland staff cooperated fully with that. Their communication with me was always timely! I am so thankful to have had The Leland for my mother’s care!
I can honestly say that this place is a five star. My mother was there for a short time until she fell, and had to go into a skilled care nursing home, but why she was there she was happy . she loved all the staff they were so kind to her. my mother enjoyed the food, the activities and the care that she got. They were so great with the family I know every time something would happen, good or bad they were always contacting me. They have great communication with the families. It saddens my heart that my mother was unable to come back here. so if you’re thinking of bringing your love one here, I suggest you do it you couldn’t find a better place for your love ones
