4.5 · 148 reviewsIts not just any care facility. This is the place where there's utmost care in providing for the needs of the real human person in a holistic and personal way. Its all made possible, thanks to the dedication of the entire staff.
I had always heard very good things about the facility itself AND the staff. I was given a meeting & tour and was VERY impressed. The administrator Greg was super helpful and down to earth personable without being patronizing. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. I would not hesitate at all to bring a friend or relative to live there. Pleasantly surprised!
Friendly atmosphere. Building is showing some age but clean. All nurses and aides were so helpful and responsive.

My mom is at St. Anne for the second time, and the staff closely monitor her skin integrity; she has had no breakdowns. The nursing team is consistently kind—overworked, yet still able to care for the patients with compassion. My mom enjoys going to Mass six days a week.
This is an assisted living facility we visited to see a family member. We were really impressed with the level of care shown to patients & courtesy to visitors. It was a pleasure visiting her in this nice facility.
Visit was interrupted by a 1 dozen nurses yelling at the other patient because she's hard-of-hearing nowhere for us to sit down. I had to stand the whole time and couldn't hear each other. Overall, the yelling for over an hour. So we just had to leave, not to mention all the neglect that we see every time we're there, it's a different issue
Once we arrived and got inside the staff were very attentive and got sister comfortable right away. The supervisor , Tracy came and asked appropriate questions for sister’s care. She was very nice and made me feel Sister was in good hands . Thank you
Very impressed with the facility. Clean, friendly and helpful employees .Security is top notch. A feeling of home and wanted, which is very important to those who need help. Great employees make it like home.
