My dad lived here for two years and I can't say enough good things about it. The nurses and staff work hard and I have always noticed them all being kind to the residents even when they thought no one was watching. It is alo very clean. Any health issues were addressed immediately. I really believe they care about all the residents and build relationships with them. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have walked my dad more to meals as was part of his plan. But it was likely because management didn't have enough staff to allow that much time to devote to that. Also they do not get paid nearly enough to take care of our precious elderly people who dedicated decades to raise families and build this country to what it is.
