Not the best not the worst facility I have ever seen. Definitely has a smell especially upstairs on 3 rd floor not to mention it is 20 degree hotter up there. Always see staff with ear buds in which I am not sure should be allowed. I am not sure who makes the menus but they are limited & odd combinations.

My mother was recently placed here. It's been nothing short of a nightmare for her. From day 1, she asked for a bed with rails. She did not feel safe without it. Unfortunately she fell off of the bed and landed on her face while sitting on a bed pan that was not placed right, after her request of adjustment. She said the aides are rude. She can't get a cup of coffee after 2 hours of waiting. She is absolutely miserable. I know the aides don't make a tom of money there, but where is the compassion for a 74 year old woman that just lost her independence? In my opinion, this place needs shut…

It is an utter disgrace.

My father stayed here for about 3 weeks after his leg amputation. He was determined to do well with his physical therapy. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They even check in to ask how the patient is after discharge. Very pleased overall! Thank you for helping my dad!

Had a pleasant experience, visiting my friend who is getting rehabilitation from his surgery. Nursing staff very friendly and helpful.

Very inappropriate staff including the DON, Administrator and HR. Should be more respectful to the residents an employees in the workplace. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS THE MANAGEMENT GO

Everyone was kind and caring. Especially Mary the nurse. She even checked on us numerous times after Cathy came home. Nice clean room and no bad smells. Thank you for everything ❤️

My family member received excellent care during a recent stay at Southwestern Healthcare. I would definitely recommend for rehab.

Staff were friendly and helpful
