A wonderful place staffed with wonderful people. The two women running customer service / front desk are absolute angels.

The office team was very responsive and is attentive to my in laws needs. Maintenance is there when ever they need help with anything at all. it's clean but I feel like it never smells disinfected or clean. The maintenance and grounds are great but in common areas could use some additional work.
I have been coming here as the hairdresser for many years. All the residents are always happy and have all wonderful things to say about Shawnee Ridge.
I moved here in July 2019 coming in from the north west, Alaska, and was fortunate enough to find the perfect home. The amenities and activities offered to all of us residents are terrific. Kudos to the current staff, Kristina, Melissa and Tom, they have done a fabulous job. Tom is by far the best all around maintenance person. He knows his stuff!! They are all caring considerate kind and most of all very in tune to the residents needs and attend expeditiously to issues that arise from time to time. . Thinking of relocating to a 55+ community, think Shawnee Ridge adult community.
