Don't even consider this place. My wife had her mother placed here this afternoon and she came away crying -the place is just like the worst of the movies. Asked for an ice pack for her shoulder as she had a fractured it last week. Nothing. Meds - Nothing. I am equally disappointed at St. Lukes - Bartonsville (who absolve themselves of any responsibility once they get the patient out of the door.)
Best staff feels very homey Good food Very clean and housekeeper are always making sure the place smells great and is very clean
my daughter was released yesterday, she was sent to rehab, got up 4 am to go to bathroom and fell and broke herfoot. They were giving her vicodon(sorry, spelled wrong) spoke to her and she was not talking right, talked to a nurse who told me they were giving her a pill whenever she asked for one.what in the hell is going on there
The staff treated me like I was the only person here..They keep me informed about my medication, treatment and all my concerns about what was happening...The staff were Caring, Considerate and knowledgeable. I don't like Hospitals or Rehabs, but the staff made me feel better about being here...I can't say enough to express how they made me feel..but KUDOS to them all..Thanks
My father in law was there for 3 days. We were not happy at all with the facility. His medication wasn’t given to him properly and sometimes not at all and he’s a diabetic. Due to their negligence, my father in law had to return to the hospital. There was not enough staff at the facility. The place is extremely outdated. They have three patients to a room. No chairs in a room for a family member to sit down when they visit their loved ones. Dinner is suppose to be served around 6 and was never on time. We just don’t recommend this facility for your loved ones if you want proper care and support.
Sapphireis the best place to be for rehabilitation. Food is excellent and the care is fantastic. The staff treat you very polite and professionally especially Israel the administrator welcomed myself and my wife and made us feel comfortable. I've been to all the other facilities in the area and none compare!
My grandfather and I came to visit and was greeted by a staff name Ronnie smiling and very pleasant. We watched how she interacted with other residents. They really like her. My grandma said Ronnie and Josey is the most friendliest staff ever. This facility need there spirit. Thank you ladies
Amazing staff and very clean!
