Cara is phenomenal, patient and so kind. She helped my family with my father in law for years. Even when my in-laws were not ready to make any moves, Cara checked in periodically and genuinely cared about his condition until the day he passed away. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made the process so much less stressful for our whole family.
When you need family to help place your family... Jennifer is one in a million. I worked in senior living for over three decades and have seen firsthand how the industry has changed. It was with a welcome relief to have met Jennifer to help get my parents in the right new HOME! I didn't want a "facility". When you need family to help place your family... Jennifer is one in a million. I worked in senior living for over three decades and have seen firsthand how the industry has changed. It was with a welcome relief to have met Jennifer to help get my parents in the right new HOME! I didn't want a "facility". I wanted a place I knew they would be well taken care of and Jennifer had a place in less than 24 hours! THAT is something...let me tell you. She is kind, considerate, responsive, insightful, I could go on and on. Even on the phone she has a calming way about her that I knew immediately we were in the right hands. In a time where just getting a return phone call can be a struggle, Jennifer goes that extra mile. She was able to coordinate doctor information, care, a new home, etc. Even though I was very familiar with the process and expected to do many things on my own...she stepped right in and handled things as if it was her own family, she was doing things for. I can't thank her enough in everything she has done as well as her kindness and patience in helping my family though a very emotional time. Truly, one in a million! (I think my family is adopting her!) Greg and Family!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Cara for helping us find a great place for Respite Care for my husband. Cara asked about us and our needs. Offered several places to consider. Followed up with us as we investigated places. Even accompanied us to the one we ended up using - Celebration Villa - Allison Park. She also followed up with me after the Respite Care stay to see how my husband liked it and if I felt that we had made the right choice. Cara listened to our needs, followed up with me every step of the way, and circled back to see if we were pleased. An excellent experience! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for senior care possibilities for their loved ones. June
