Rochelle was super helpful and friendly. She explained everything to us so we understood and answered all of our questions. The facility is amazing.
I have move my parents to three different nursing homes before find Seneca. This is by far the cleanest and most attentive place we have been.
This facility was my first experience of having a loved one in a nursing home and it could not have been better. We felt such a sense of relief after meeting the staff. I am so happy to have found my father a nice place to be.
My mother is here currently. She raves about the food, David and the therapy staff is wonderful. The nurses and aides are so personable.
Our visit could not have been better — information was conveyed in clear, concise language by Shari. (We also met briefly with Rachel in lobby area.). We saw several different apartments from two bedroom to studio and they were all so clean and the decorations throughout the entire building were beautiful.
I would avoid brining a loved one here. My father went here for Rehab and it was the biggest mistake ever. I had to constantly push them to be seen by a doctor and they continued to delay and have excuses. I can’t tell you how many times I was told “He’ll be seen tomorrow” only to find out it didn’t happen. Then when I requested a care team meeting to discuss my father, no doctor or nurse attended. After falling multiple times in a 24hr period he was taken to the ER. It was there we found out he had a serous blood infection. The doctors commented on his bruises from falling and felt the infection was from lack of care at Seneca. 10 days later my father passed away. Hopefully someone will read this an avoid the mistake of trusting any Seneca facility.
Very punctual in my request for tour and information even without previous appointment.
