I was not happy with the staff of this place . They were unprofessional and very rude . I'm suing them for not contacting me when my mom Irene Marton was transferred somewhere else . Very terrible place . I don't recommend this prison

The care my parents received was excellent!

Amazing place to worth everyone was friendly and the building was very well maintained !

My parents spent 10+ years here in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. Independent living at Longwood was fine. I would not recommend the other areas.

Longwood at Oakmont was a very nice place. They offer a number of different options for living accommodations and either life care or not. I found the place to be very attractive. When we get to the point where we're ready to make a decision, it will be considered. What we're looking for is independent living and that's what they specialize in. They have apartment buildings with one- and two-bedroom accommodations. They have cottages that are single-story. They also have actual homes that are available. It's a very varied choice. We made an appointment, and a woman took us around, answered all our questions, and showed us everything available. They showed us their dining areas, which they had several of. They have a physical fitness complex that has a swimming pool and a gym. I was pleased with the tour. It's a big campus.

Nice retirement community. The staff are friendly and care about the residents.

Top heavy on Brass, lost an incredible CEO when Paul Winkler retired. In Fairness, the Residents are an Amazing Group of Deserving and Accomplished People. Their Kindness and Ability to Tolerate the Recent Declines in Quality of Care at All Levels, has kept Longwood Going. However the Growing AWARENESS from many Families is a Representation of Things to come unless Present Management can Bring necessary facility Maintenance upgrades, increase Staff and the Pay scales for Permanent Employees can match those of much less capable and CARING Contractors. Such as in the Food services industry. Fortunately they now have RICK YELLY, A Professional and Long known Employee for His Quality Supervision of Food Services has been transferred to Longwood. I understand Money and Budgeting issues, however NONE of those are the Fault of the Wonderful Residents of Longwood. And I am Hoping Management will cut back on Brass, instead of Staff cutting the Grass, and all of the Other Previous Services promised initially to Residents . DEDICATED EMPLOYEES Are holding their Positions Hoping the Residents are taken Care of up to the Standards of Achievement and 5 star rating SO Prized by the Management and Board of Directors.
