I've toured several places. This was by far my favorite. The layout was not difficult. The dining area was so beautiful and homey. The rooms were very nice, you don't hear everything going on in the hallways or other residents. It was happy and cheerful. It was a place I would go to. Unfortunately my loved one declined too quickly to go here. The people were kind and sent home a bag with a delicious goody. Check it out!
My mother in law was there for almost a year. They took care of her at first but it was downhill from there. After she passed you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to my husband has been calling every day he just gets heehawed around. I'll never refer this place to anyone.
The staff is great. They treat mom like family. Very clean! Very reasonably priced facility.
Do not deal with these people especially Director of sales they do not disclose all of the expenses and costs until the contract is signed. Beware and don’t deal with alway deal with an attorney when navigating this organization.
Great place to entertain.
Their director in place while Mom was there April-June was cold, non responsive and not honest. My Mom ended up dying caused by complications from reported third fall that ended her up in the hospital that wracked her brain. My mom "hated" the place. Residents often appeared bored in the Memory Care unit. Most aides were kind but over-worked and not available as much as should have been in my opinion. The director was awful. Disappointing and Heart-breaking
This was a great experience! Facility neat and clean, meals were chef prepared and served restaurant style with cloth napkins. Staff very attentive and friendly. Only drawback was community bathrooms but after experiencing a few mishaps with my loved one, I think that's best or there would be a whole lot more for staff to worry about. My LO had very good care. It's a locked unit but they have a nice terrace, do outings during good weather and have planned activities throughout the day. The price is the least expensive in the area.
Very friendly staff. Great all over personnel ,nurses, laundry, janitor ,staff aids, people were great to my late wife 9 months she was there.
