Think long and hard before sending a family member to this facility. They do not care at all about their patients. They ignore when someone requests help. They don’t regularly give maintenance medications to patients. And when they decide they are done with you, they do nothing at all to help that patient. I can’t even say their care is sub par because that would be better than what they provide. I can’t even say their care is sub par because that would be better than what they provide. On 5/10/26, a dementia patient from a locked floor got down the elevator and out the door without anyone noticing. They had the police there looking for him and the family found him outside. I had a nurse tell me she had not looked at my mother’s chart at all but was treating her. Everyone blames someone else and passes the buck. No one returns phone calls. I’m not sure how this facility is still open. The food is disgusting also. I really feel bad for those at this facility that have no one to advocate for them.
The Third floor is for dementia patients. The lack of care that the nurses show to the patients is horrible. The food is all process garbage. The place is dirty. The nurses sit at the nursing station on their phones. They need to be educated on what their job is. Do not put your loved one in there.
I have found them to be very caring and attentive. My mom has been there for almost 4 years. She is happy and healthy. One thing I noticed very early on was the culture of the staff. While walking through the halls, every time I encountered a staff member, they made a point to say "hello" to me.
Staff is great
My second visit. The care is excellent. Staff is so very helpful. In both visits, for me, the staff was diligent, well trained and determined to help me reach my goals. And we did!
Very rude I was told it’s the 21st century and everyone should have a phone so I can’t speak to my grandma and I asked for a supervisor they told me they are dealing with something more important will be filing a lawsuit!!!
Find a better place for your loved one.
Please tell me why I have people telling me private information about my grandfather outside of work and breaking hippa it is uncalled for and disrespectful what is being said.
