Pinnacle Physicians Group Stoltz and Hahn

I literally wish I could give zero stars. The staff is horrible. They go above and beyond… to leave you hanging. I’ve left messages on their phone that they will not answer, or even call you back when you leave a message. If you really don’t like people maybe don’t work in healthcare.

The front desk staff needs some HR training. Alicia especially will brag about her nine-year tenure, but talk to patients like dogs and in the end it will cost the doctors business, as I will never go back to this practice. These women talk about each other in front of patients as well. So unprofessional. Just find somewhere else. I did ask to speak to someone else and she refused. Then, when I told her to take off my next appointment, I am not going to come back she said "That's fine," like it doesn't matter at all because in all reality, it doesn't to her. Good luck keeping the doors open if this is your greeter. Alicia should go back to school and learn something that makes her less miserable.

Dr. Hahn and his team have been my primary care physician group for years. Last week they really went above and beyond, handling all kinds of last-minute requests for medical testing, certification, etc. They really came through for me and I’m really grateful to them. They do a great job, taking care of their patients and I highly recommend them

Very Nice DR and Staff .

Came to see some allergy or fungal reaction on my arm. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and set me up with a time the next day. Checking in I filled out the new patient paperwork with some help from the receptionist. Received my initial heart rate and weight check quickly. The PA that saw me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Provided her thoughts on what was happening and what options we could go with. Also talked about her own doggy :) Would definitely recommend coming. Did not see any of the issues listed by the 1 star reviewers !
