While it is good news that they accept Medicaid the facility is very depressing, dated and dirty. Most of the staff try to be helpful but the communication between departments was not good. I would look at another facility if possible.
My buddy is at the Phoenix center and he is so happy there and getting great care from the staff. When I came to visit the administrator was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
I want to Thank Reuven and the staff for taking good care of my mom. For getting back to me quickly if there are any issues. It is a comfort knowing she is safe and comfortable. She can be a handful but use are doing a great job. Thank you
I was in a diff nursing home at 44 which was thee most awful experience of my life, but this place is amazing in the sense of the staff, but mostly the administration. In my experience, business only works when it’s great from the top down, and the administrator and the D. O. N. Are always available and continually check in with you. And the staff is absolutely amazing!
Phoenix provided good care for my father. The staff communicated well and I would receive regular calls from Erica and the administrator. Also communicated directly with physical therapy director who provided excellent care, along with her team. All of the nursing staff and aides were kind and caring. My father had exceptional praise for Mr. West.
The administrators and staff here have been excellent in apprising me of my Mother’s Day-to-day condition. The former are extremely helpful and thorough, the latter very friendly and compassionate. The Center’s director, Ruven, is at all times going around the floors, personally ensuring that the residents are well and have what they need. It is clear that he cares about them, and that means everything to me, since my mother has myriad challenges. Knowing that she is in caring hands is wonderfully reassuring!
Overall a Great Experience, except sometimes when not fully staffed on the weekends, pleasant Nursing Staff & Front Desk employees.
My experience was great. I came to center for physical therapy and the staff was fantastic they all work together as a team and will address your needs. The physical therapy team is absolutely amazing !
