My sister was placed in Pennsburg Manor due to dementia. It was a rocky start but she is adjusting better. I'm very thankful to all staff who helped her adjust.

My Dad was in Pennsburg Manor, the staff is wonderful, very nice and definitely caring. All the Nurses and Aides are Wonderful! They all took great care of my Dad while he was in there. I highly recommend Pennsburg Manor. I watched staff interact with the other residents there and they were all treated with kindness, respect and great care. I give Pennsburg Manor a five star!

Food was delicious, RN's and aides were attentive. PT's and OT's were great. I wished we could have worked together longer.

The staff definitely does do the best job they can. Healthcare is a demanding profession. Caring for other’s situations and needs is demanding and at times stressful.

I take dogs to other nursing homes. I have been to pennsburg manor 3 times to visit a friend. ALL the people working there have great attitudes and work. One aid checked pn my friend to see if she needed changed because her shift ended in 10 minutes. Aids were in to see about vitals and blood pressure, PT was there too. No aids were sitting around looking at their phones. Didn't see any lights on at rooms needing help. They even came around asking if she needed water and ice

Visiting a friend seems very friendly and very nice and efficient!

So my mom calls up multiple times. Really confused and I call to make sure she's okay and they tell me she's fine. And I basically felt like I was brushed off. I don't think so. She's not fine. Something's clearly wrong. Do something about it. Oh and when she was in there y'all took forever to come for her call Bell and she tried to get out of bed on her own to go to the bathroom and she fell and was on the floor. And then y'all wonder why someone came at you for neglect. Because y'all were being neglectful. So yeah she'll be going elsewhere once she's out of the hospital.

Very attentive
