It offers three apartment floor plans — Hawthorn I, Hawthorn II and the Laurel — available furnished or unfurnished. Apartments include a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a separate living room, a kitchenette-style area and an in-apartment 24-hour monitoring system for assistance.
Daily services include housekeeping, assistance with activities of daily living including medication management, and three meals served in the community dining room. The broader Willow Valley campus provides residence customization options through a design studio for selected unit finishes, and residents can access campus amenities and nearby skilled nursing, memory support and rehabilitation services as needed while remaining on the Lakes Campus.
