As a pastor I was visiting a member of our church. I make it a point, as I walk down the hallways, to greet members of the staff. I am happy to report that all but one was careful to greet members in return, and that one person was busy with her medication cart. I would not expect her to turn away from that project. I was glad for the smiles I received in return.
Went to visit, everyone was nice. Place looked clean, nice noise level was normal, people interacting with other people. Looked very organized and friendly place.
We are so happy that mom is being cared for by the wonderful staff who make her feel safe and also make her laugh. It makes me happy to see my 92 year mother smiling again.
I greatly appreciate all of the services that I received here over the past week, particularly PT and OT. The programs were very thorough and goal oriented. I ramped up in 5 days and now I'm fully prepared to go home and practice what I learned. The food was surprisingly good and the portions were just the right size for me. The many depts. such as Social Services, admissions/discharge, were very helpful throughout my stay The best part about staying here were the people I interacted with day in and day out. I really appreciate everyone of them and the great job they did. Someday I may need to stay in an assisted care facility long term. I would choose Kingston Court. Thank you All! :)
I have had a very good experience after going through a knee replacement. It was my first time in a rehab facility and everyone was kind and receptive to the things I had going on medically. I had good roommate whose family was kind and gracious to me as well!
The place is dirty and smells bad. The person I visited had issues with getting help when needed. The halls should not be squares of carpet that hold bacteria. Put in laminate tiles that look like wood. Easy to keep clean and much more hygienic.
Today was my 1st experience at Kingston Court. My Mother was admitted there today. Clean and well lit inside. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Mom was comfy in bed and covered well. They were pretty busy there and Mom waited 1/2 hour for them to raise bed up, so she could drink water. The Nurse was very nice and took care of her needs quickly. I feel she was happy on her 1st day and her Nurse/Dr was very pleasant and explained things well to her, she's 90. She'll be there short term and I believe she'll be happy there.
I stopped this evening at Kingston Court Skilled Nursing Home & had a lovely visit with my Aunt. The place is always clean & the employees we saw were very friendly.
