Great retirement community from independent living to 24 hr nursing. Food is top notch, staff amazing.
My parents have been in the facility for a number of years. They moved to next level of care, needing assistance with downsizing. Cleaning out and dipresement of not longer needed items , the lack of support and communication is very disappointing. With the thousands of of dollars paid each month, they expect an elderly person with limited intelligence to handle this transition and downsizing with no supervision or support. In talking with staff very surprising that lack of direction is known for this process.
A wonderful, vital, active life care community.
I was only in the parking lot waiting for my friend
