The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, caring, welcoming, and always willing to help. They have gone above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and at home. Moving my parents to independent living was a big decision, but Ivy Creek has made the transition so much easier than we could have hoped. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, caring, welcoming, and always willing to help. They have gone above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and at home. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and there are always fun activities that keep residents engaged and give them opportunities to socialize. It’s been wonderful to see my parents starting to really settle in, make new friends, and enjoy this new chapter of their lives. We’re so grateful for the warm, supportive community at Ivy Creek and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and vibrant independent living community for their loved ones.
Only reviewing since the employees were unhelpful and honestly a little rude. Called in for a van who was doing 15 under the speed limit 20 in a 35. They told me. So you just wanna go faster or is it unsafe? If you are driving under the speed limit it becomes a hazard and is unsafe. Honestly I’m not sure if I would trust them with my loved ones.
My family and I had an awesome experience at Ivy Creek Gracious Retirement Living!! This place is absolutely amazing, and Melissa was such a pleasure to work with as our tour guide. My family and I are excited about the prospect of our mom living at this wonderful facility!!! It's clean, inviting, friendly and plenty of activities for seniors! :)

Diana Pierce gave me a great tour of Ivy Creek. It is lovely, with many amenities and nice apartment layouts. While it didn't have an EV charging station on site, she did show me where the adjacent hotel has one. Pricing is good and flexible. Thanks Diana!
Unprofessional management can anyone give me corpse number this place needs to go down the way they treat people and the way they treat the older people that live there is sick and unacceptable
After touring the complex with Diana, we were impressed after our first visit. Diana was very informative and accommodating. We decided to tour with our mother and she was impressed with the complex and the amenities. The Managers Laurie and Jeff and Assistant Managers Diane and Bill were very accommodating and understanding to our mother's needs. We highly recommend this senior living complex to anyone considering downsizing.
I’ve had (and have) 2 separate relatives at Ivy Creek over the last 4 years. I building is beautiful, with a true feel of home full of lovely decor that is higher quality. The dining room is open and airy with beautiful Chandeliers. The Activity Room is large and used for many activities. Apartments are spacious and many have nice size balconies or first floor patios for a personal home feel to enjoy fresh air & the local nature that surrounds the property. Plenty to do; pool table, movie theater, painting classes, chair yoga, various holiday and special events, outings/excursions, bingo, card games, gym (and in house Physical Therapy) and so much more. The General Managers ([name removed] and [name removed]) are wonderful. They truly care about the residents and do all they can to ensure they are well taken care of and happy. When things need attention they are right on it. It’s a pleasure to see them when I come to visit. I’m happy to have my relative(s) at Ivy Creek.
My Mom loves Ivy Creek and has nothing but great things to say. My Mom says that she loves the food. Her having to not cook and having options to choose from for all three meals is a major convenience for her. She also says that the staff is very friendly as well and helpful. Any time that she is in need of assistance for anything, they are always quick to respond. She has also made a lot of friends. My Mom was previously living in a single family home by herself. Being active and socializing has made a world of difference for her.
