Members took care of rehab work, insurance change for extended stay, set up for quick change back on discharge, set up Main Line Health for several things, plus more. Very clean facility and very nice knowledgeable people working here.
Smaller facility but kind, friendly staff. Especially appreciated the discharge staff following up with me after my father left to make sure he was doing well.
We ended up having our family member moved from this facility due to the lack of attentive staff and cleanliness. The daytime staff and nurses are wonderful, but the evening/night staff are rough and have a could care less attitude. We overheard one CNA tell another colleague not to go into a patients room because all they do is ring the call bell. Each day I would visit our loved one they looked dirty and wreaked of urine. Do yourself a favor and walk through this facility BEFORE sending your loved one here. The pictures on the website must have been from when they first opened because it…

We ended up having our family member moved from this facility due to the lack of attentive staff and cleanliness. The daytime staff and nurses are wonderful, but the evening/night staff are rough and have a could care less attitude. We overheard one CNA tell another colleague not to go into a patients room because all they do is ring the call bell. Each day I would visit our loved one they looked dirty and wreaked of urine. Do yourself a favor and walk through this facility BEFORE sending your loved one here. The pictures on the website must have been from when they first opened because it looks completely different. The rooms are small, dirty and are in desperate need of updating. They need to get staff on the evening/night shift that are kind and care about people.

The staff was very helpful and friendly They were very good at making sure my brothers health was a number one priority I was very pleased with his stay there
Nursing is not attentive. The do not attend to patient need. My husband is there for rehab, after 2.5 months the still slow with the process, due to none equipment, and nurse staff availability. He & I called for staff to he with a dropped urinal he had to us a cup. I could go on and on. Therapy is not happening on. I can go on and on ... -That's the problem, I did call administration first, and still didn't get a call back
The staff are very friendly and attentive to their patients which is the most important to us. The facility interior needs some updates and maybe bedside lamps in some rooms would be helpful to brighten it up a little.
