4.4 · 505 reviewsI have two friends who live at the facility, and both speak highly of it. They enjoy staying active in the many programs offered and appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. The community feels bright and cheerful, and they feel fortunate to call it home. While they feel the food could be improved, their overall experience has been very positive.
During my visit the any staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. There’s lots of windows and natural light. The building is very clean and smells nice. The client room is spacious and well lighted. Outside the grounds look very nice with well maintained flower beds and grass. My brother is well cared for and mostly pleased with the accommodations.
My husband was in the Horsham Center facility for about 3 weeks. He received Physical therapy, kind nursing and great care to help to speed up his recovery of a broken hip. I thank you all for your kindness.

I was a visitor. Beautiful open community room with sunlight shining in. My relative's room was clean & bright with large windows to enjoy the outdoors. Everyone was helpful & I watched the great care they gave my relative even as they spoke so kindly to her.
A friend of mine is in the transitions place. He is getting some physical therapy to get stronger from an accident. Just from walking in the front door to the receptionist at the desk she was extremely helpful!, to the area Just passed the desk that is bright it's beautiful. there looks like they have a lot of different rooms maybe for reading or eating. Everything looked very nice. When I got down the hall to his room -the room itself is a very I nice size .A guy came in to explain some insurance things to him. He was nice and explained everything. He explained every page to him. Just everything about the place that is very big & bright. The patient himself said the therapy was going very well and the therapist was great Now I was just a visitor, but I was very impressed with this place.
Always clean, no unpleasant smells. Very friendly staff, even on holidays! Meals look wonderful. I am so very grateful for the good care that I personally could not begin to provide. I love this place, and am very appreciative of everything. The goodness is overwhelming!
