Emily Anthony made the process of selecting Heritage Springs the obvious choice. Her primary focus is the safety & comfort of the residents….exactly what I needed in making this difficult decision. She has been very helpful every step of the way & is always a call or text away. She has gone above & beyond to support me every step of the way.
What a beautiful community! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean, bright, and welcoming everything felt. The building is beautifully maintained and has such a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Emily Anthony was an absolute pleasure to meet! She made the entire tour experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed or overwhelming. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and patient with all of our questions. It's refreshing to meet someone who is so passionate about what they do! Finding the right memory care or personal care home for a loved one is such an important decision, and having someone like Emily guide you through the process makes all the difference. We left with a wonderful impression of both Emily and the community!
Clean, courteous, and caring! My loved one is doing better now than he was at home due to the 24-hour care he receives at Heritage Springs. He is safer there without all of the stairs and distractions at home.
During a desperate time to find a home to accommodate our father , executive director Emily was right there to step in and help us out , her knowledge and guidance made this transition for our father an easy one . Her compassion and care she provided not only eased our father with dementia but also eased our hearts as family as well. Dad loves his new home and the staff is exceptional.. we couldn’t be happier to call this place home for our father …thank you!
My father-in-law moved to Heritage Mills Personal Care and Memory Assistance Center. What I like best is that the people there are very friendly, and the residents seem very happy. It's a clean facility. It smells very good inside, and in the two weeks that he's been there, he's very happy with how they treat him and the people around him. The staff was very friendly and very informative. They worked with us to help him move into the facility, so they were very helpful and nice. My father-in-law said he likes the food. The structure is an old brick warehouse. It's very nicely done on the inside. One thing that he loves is they have trivia time or Jeopardy or Wheel of Fortune, and he's blind, so they help him with it, and he's had a ton of fun. It's a happy feeling when you walk in, light, bright, and airy.
Beautiful facility in a great location. The staff is amazing and really have a heart for caring for those suffering from dementia.
Heritage Mills Personal Care and Memory Assistance Center is very homey and very close to my home, which is the reason why we chose that one for my mom. She's in a semi-private room with a nice view and she's getting therapy there. She's doing very well after she had a stroke. The layout of her room is open. It's not segmented, like a tiny closet. It has a small partition wall between where the beds would be. They have their own bathroom that's very big with a walk-in shower and rails for the toilet and sink, so she could get a shower right in her room. The staff is very caring. There are a lot of younger people and they work very well with her. They don't force her to do anything. They check on her at least a couple of times a shift. She said anytime she rings, they answer her bell. If she has to go to the toilet and she feels like she needs help, they're there to help her. They have at least two or three activities a day. Sometimes they watch a movie, do a trivia game, or go to their garden outside. The cost we're paying is worth it. I looked at a lot of different places that were over $3,000 a month and for a semi-private room that's only $2200 a month, which includes room and board, her television, all her meals, all her meds, and activities, I would recommend it to anybody that's looking for something like that. It's very clean. It doesn't smell. They also have a nice dining room. I had breakfast with her and the food's very good. She hasn't complained about anything. She said the food's always hot and the bacon's crisp.
