2.0 · 3 reviewsThe place is infested with bed bugs and has been for 6 yrs. Sometimes they don't give the residence their medication. The staff there goes through the residence's rooms without the residence there and having a knowledge of it until their important papers comes up missing. I used to work at the Heritage House and it's a very bad place and very expensive. 2 of the residence I got close to share a room and they each have to pay $1,200 each for the room. They don't want to pay their employee's what their worth. It's just all around a really bad place. The residence have bed bugs in their rooms…

The place is infested with bed bugs and has been for 6 yrs. Sometimes they don't give the residence their medication. The staff there goes through the residence's rooms without the residence there and having a knowledge of it until their important papers comes up missing. I used to work at the Heritage House and it's a very bad place and very expensive. 2 of the residence I got close to share a room and they each have to pay $1,200 each for the room. They don't want to pay their employee's what their worth. It's just all around a really bad place. The residence have bed bugs in their rooms and they still have to sleep on their bed, that's just rediculus. I seen it all when I went back to work their but I quit for good this time. They have an employee there that works there and lives there and the employee and the owners son all they do is fight and argue and all the residence can hear it and this is on going. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING A LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY AT ALL. I ALSO WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK THERE EITHER UNLESS U WANT TO TAKE BED BUGS HOME WITH YOU AND U DON'T CARE IF U DON'T GET PAID WHAT UR WORTH.
