4.5 · 81 reviewsHarrison House provides some of the best care I've seen in the 15 years I've been working in senior care in Chester County. The staff is tenured and so caring, the building is beautiful, and the residents I know who live here absolutely love the food and people! A lot of the residents are veterans, used to work at the VA, or are otherwise local to Coatesville, so there's really a sense of community that I haven't witnessed anywhere else. I'd move my loved one in here. Highly recommend!!

What a gem! Modern facility with local charm! Friendly and knowledgeable professionals who care make visiting a pleasure. It is clear that they deliver the highest standards of service for their residents. Worth a visit to see for yourself!

Roaches all throughout this building. In the kitchen, in resident rooms, in the laundry rooms, in the couches of the living area. Reply: Nevaeh*. But false? lol no, that picture was literally taken in the building. Me and every other employee see them in there, but ok.
Brought my Mom several months ago, into Independent living apt. Took a little bit of time, but she has acclimated quite well. All staff have been friendly, encouraging and supportive for her and always eager to answer questions from me and my sister. Mom has made some friends and seems to have fun at many activities. I would recommend Harrison house to others.
My Grandmother and Mother in Law both lived at Harrison House for a bit. My Grandmother was there for a few years and always had nice things to say about the staff and especially that they had Butter Pecan ice cream for her every night after dinner. The staff is always friendly and helpful when we come to visit or need help with anything. My Mother in Law was there for a short time on hospice and was taken care of as best as we could have asked for. It was a rougher time with my MIL as she was declining rapidly when she moved into Harrison House but the staff took care of her for her last few weeks so that we were able to spend more quality time with her and not be her caretakers. To be able to visit with her and enjoy our last few weeks with her meant so much to us all. We are so very thankful to the wonderful staff at Harrison House.

This residence for my mom has been absolutely wonderful, from the loving and friendly staff to the activities and food. I can’t say enough about what a blessing it has been for my sister and I to know that mom is living in such caring, happy and safe place.
