Harmony Hills has a nice homey, cozy feel that my Mom likes and is comfortable with. The staff is kind and compassionate, they anticipate her needs. I would recommend.

This place is terrible, they act nice while you are around and when you leave they neglect your loved one. My mom declined rapidly when she went to this place. They over medicated her and she would be knocked out the majority of the time, they even tried many times to put her on hospice care. She was evaluated at her new place and doesn't qualify for hospice. They also stole a lot of my mom's personal things. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Now that she is gone to another facility, she has improved tremendously and is no longer drugged up constantly and left to lay. She is up, alert, talking and back to the way she was before she went into this place. Keep your loved one away from this place!

Clean and homey facility with freindly and caring staff.

If I could give this place negative zero stars, I would. The level of so-called “care” here is absolutely disgraceful. My loved one was neglected, plain and simple. Since being moved out of this facility, my mom has improved so much, proof that the environment she was in before was not only inadequate, but harmful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t even trust them with a baby doll, let alone a human being who deserves compassion, attention, and proper care. Please think twice before placing your loved one here.

This place has gone down hill tremendously. Stay away they will neglect your loved one.

I already enjoy visiting my relative and sheets feel welcome. Another happy with this place

This was my second experience at this facility in the past 3 years, although I was overall pleased with our experience 3 years ago, this time has well exceeded our expectations. Everything from the friendly atmosphere, the nursing staff, social services, the therapy department, the cleanliness, and even the food has made this difficult time just a little easier knowing my loved one was in good hands. Communication is amazing, the provider and nursing staff kept us up to date, Elyssa the social worker is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The nurse Jess is very caring and attentive. One night while I was visiting, the director of nursing was serving homemade soup, she graciously offered me a bowl (which was delicious, and very comforting on a cold winter night) she explained to me that she makes this soup with the patients, how nice is that? Its the simple things that make a big difference and the staff at Harmony Hills really get that. They really go above and beyond to make patients and visitors feel at home during their stay. Thank you.

The entire staff at Harmony Hills are excellent to work with. The aides, nurses and physical therapists have been very helpful and kind to my mother. It is greatly appreciated. I was fortunate enough to have my mother accepted at Harmony Hills in June 2025. It was the place I originally wanted for her and it has been a wonderful decision. Previously my wife's parents had been there years earlier and had a very positive results. I want to add some additional positive feedback from my previous review. This past week was a challenge for everyone with the large snowfall and extremely cold weather. The entire staff has been wonderful the entire time as they ALWAYS are! All of them have been hardworking and extremely pleasant during this challenging time. Additionally, the entire staff (most of who I have gotten to know) have been outstanding. All the aides, nurses, receptionist, social services, physical therapist, housekeeping, activities, maintenance and billing are so helpful and wonderful to my mother. Her roommate who was recommended by the staff has been a very positive and helpful companion for my mother. We just love her. All of this is greatly appreciated. My wife and I have done what we could to show them all how much they mean to us and my mother. I believe people respond in kind and it shows true from our experience. Thanks to all of you for everything!
