It's not a personal care facility.The furniture is outdated and has been here since it was a personal care facility.Residents have urinated on the furniture and they put hospital pads over the couches to stop further problems with the residents from urinating directly on the furniture.The elevator has not worked in months.People coming in on the section 8 program have brought nothing but trouble , smoking marijuana , Crack Cocaine in their rooms, smoking 🚬 cigarettes in their rooms.Certain apartments smell like urine and funk.You can smell it through the hole hallway.When owners are told not only of these problems and more,their response was.You will have that.All they worry about is a rent check.They constantly lie to your face and false promises.Ive lived here for over a year and its only been getting worse.iwould not recommended this boarding home to anyone, that's why ive made the decision to move and move fast.Does not have a/c and they don't provide it as they promised me when i moved in. If you're thinking about moving to this place don't let them fool you don't move in here it's a very bad choice. Kitchen is filthy hasn't been cleaned since I've been here in a year. Underneath the tables in the kitchen have never been cleaned. Other residents that live here do not clean up after themselves. They just don't care what goes on here.
Gracious Living is a spacious, open environment with a light airy atmosphere. The front porch is a great space to relax with company! Highly recommended! GREAT SERVICE!
Would not recommend. No therapy Eqipment. Meals less than desirable no activities

I didn't care for Gracious Living. The staff members were very nice. I had no problem with them; it was just the facility itself. The food was nothing special; it was just regular food. When we first moved in we weren't sure about it. We should have went with our gut reaction. The place needed to be taken better care of. It was a cheaper place, but you don't want that for your loved ones.
Bed bugs
I toured this community for my mother's care. I was not happy with the community due to being so dark. The staff was able to answer my questions. They did have activities for others to participate. This community I would not recommend to others for care for a loved one.
My brother is now living at the Gracious Living Personal Care Home. He enjoys the location (he has many connections to Pittsburgh, and Gracious Living is conveniently located), and is well taken care of by the staff. The staff, administrators, and owner are very caring, involved, and communicative. Entertainment and special events are planned; newsletters are provided to family. According to my brother, the food is good and the kitchen is quite flexible with regard to his dietary preferences. Medical appointments are properly handled. We are pleased with the care that he is receiving.
