Folks I’m not sure who they paid to give this place a 4.1 star but it is by far not even close. I got fooled when I saw it and had my family member go there. BIG MISTAKE…. The only reason I am giving it a two start is because the nurses were great. They told me new management took over to make things better. Nothing got better. Let’s start with the staff: At least twice a month they are to call the family to provide an update on the patient. That never happened until I had to reach out EACH time to remind them on when will we should receive an update on the progress of our family member. 2)…

2) No ac in the rooms. I’ll leave it at that when we had those few weeks above 90 Degrees this summer of 2026. 3) Admin department. Trying to get in touch with Jared was impossible. He could not give you the time of day or respond in a timely matter. They only time he did was after I reached out to his boss. 4) Staff behind the desk. Wow they had no customer service skills. When she called the family to tell us about an emergency situation my family member was having, she was so unprofessional, got loud with me because she could not provide me any information and gave me a rude attitude like it was a burden on her to do her job. Very unprofessional. 5) Try to receive my family’s belongings back for over a month. No one reach out. I had to ask multiple times. in addition, they lost a few of their belongings. 6) This place does not care. They do not have a very good protocol on emergency situations and do not do a great job on follow up of your family member or customer service. 7) I will say the nurses were great. It was the staff members and admin that are not. 8) Don’t let this rating fool you. It fooled us. It is made up. I'm sure my family member would have lived longer if they went somewhere else. 9) STAY AWAY
I went to visit my brother today and found the place a lot cleaner than I thought it would be. All the people were extremely nice.
Horrible place! My Mom was sent there after a weeks stay in the hospital because fluid on her legs. She has CHF, and COPD and isn't allowed extra salt. She was there two hours. The place is the worst place ever!!! The staff gave her dully salted food, and when I went home she rang the call bell for two hours....NO ONE CAME TO ASSIST HER. She was peed, and in pain and only needed a drink of water with Tylenol. Unbelievable. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE...NOT EVEN YOUR DOG!
So far, it’s been good. My wife was just admitted there tonight for rehab & it was very warm & welcoming. I felt my wife was in more than capable hands!!
I delivered an instant order to one of the residents and the staff was friendly
Staff were very warm & welcoming! Facility was clean.
