I come into the facility weekly and Paula the receptionist is always welcoming with a smile. The facility is warm and welcoming itself. I appreciate all the staff there.
I came from Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg for therapy and the therapy has been excellent. Debbie from PT and Kelly and Tony from OT gave me the encouragement and just the right push to get me stronger. All the nurses and aides were great. Especially CNA,s LaToya, Laurina, Paula and Adrianna, Samantha. Nurses Zanahja, CC and Fabian gave excellent care and always on time with my medications and treatments. I would recommend Easton Skilled Nursing for any rehab and care needs. Glad I made the choice to come here. Thank you to all the staff in providing the excellent care
First off this place has got me and my mother emotional disturbed to the fullest. My mother doesn't trust nursing homes as she used to work in one and seen the care that was provided in those establishments. She asks to go to the hospital when she don't feel well because she doesn't think the nursing can take care of her like the hospital can. A couple days ago she went because she wasn't feeling well. I got a phone call from Easton skilled nursing from a man named Ray. He called me to give me the death talk about my mother saying I should take her off being resuscitated and I should put her…
First off this place has got me and my mother emotional disturbed to the fullest. He called me to give me the death talk about my mother saying I should take her off being resuscitated and I should put her on hospice and literally told me my mother is dying. What gives someone the right to call a person and tell them that. My mother calls me and tells me he was in the room and had the same talk with her and my mother looked away and he told her look at me when I'm talking to you. My mother is in her right mind and can make choices by herself she pays her own bills and makes phone calls still. He also told her that the next time she wants to go to the hospital he's denying her that right. I'm seriously fed up with these nursing homes thinking they can treat people like this. My mother knows she is sick and has severe complications but for someone to come in and make it worse verbally and emotionally is debilitating on someones mental state. Not once have I ever had someone call me or come in and talk to my mother like he did. It was unprofessional and not good skills to have working with people. This nursing home has a lot of flaws and when it's addressed you all stick together and blame the residents it's disgusting. They are there for help and to be cared for not to be runned down and put through misery. I would advise these issues be handled and especially being under new management DO BETTER! Because if not you will have a lawsuit on your hands.
I came from St Luke's Anderson to Easton Skilled Nursing for rehab and it was a good choice. The Physical Therapy was excellent. The food was great. And I felt like I was at a high end hotel. Thank you to all the staff especially the nurses the aides and the housekeeping. I would recommend everyone to come see for yourself if you ever need rehab.
My experience at Easton Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was very much a positive experience. From nurses, aides, rehab practitioners and support staff, they were skilled, professional and helpful. Also friendly and willing to help at all times. The occupational and physical therapy staff were able to target my needs and provide the encouragement and support to achieve the desired outcome in a reasonable timeframe. The wound care team was extremely good, explaining all actions and providing timely and effective attention to what I needed. Administrative staff was appropriately attentive from admission to release. Can also give high marks to the food service - meals were of good variety with plentiful portions and welcome advance notice with options available. The cleaning crew were diligent in providing continuous safe and clean conditions inside my room and throughout the building. Same for the nursing personnel, whose care was consistent and appropriately attentive, day and night. Overall, my experience here was positive and appreciated!
I can’t say enough good things about this rehabilitation center. After a difficult experience at another facility that did not provide the level of care we expected, transferring my mom here and my mother in law here was the best decision we could have made. From the moment she arrived, the staff showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. They took the time to understand her needs, kept us informed, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. The difference in quality of care was immediately noticeable. It gave our family such peace of mind knowing they were in a place where people truly care. We are so grateful for the kindness and dedication of the entire team. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation care.
I came from St Luke's Anderson for rehab and I would recommend the facility. A shout out to CNA Lorraina and Deb and Tony from therapy. Therapy team is excellent. And I have to add Fabian RN , he is always considerate and quick to assist with whatever I need
The staff was wonderful! Team players
