Hanna is such an Amazing asset to Country Meadows! She really engages the residents on a daily basis with laughter and Love. They are lucky to have her!
The receptionists are warm, friendly and everybody knows my name! Actually, many of the care-giving staff do too!
My father has been at Country Meadows for a few months now, following surgery. Everyone we have encountered has been very welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. It's comforting to know that he is in a safe place and well cared for. He is looking for to making new friends!
If your Dementia patient has any behavioral issues don’t waste your time with these people they will not help you.
I found Country Meadows of Forks when searching for respite care for my life partner of 39 years, who has Alzheimer’s. He is now a resident in the memory connections section. I have been happy with the care he is receiving, he has been a handful at times, but they are working with him. The staff and everyone I worked with have been wonderful, especially Erin. I am happy I found Country Meadows.
What a wonderful change I see in my 93 year old father after a few weeks of moving into Country Meadows (Forks). He is so much more social with his neighbors and more vibrant when we come to visit. We are thrilled that he is happy and safe living at Country Meadows and he's only 12 minutes from our home.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. The planned activities Are great
Connections residents are continuously left out of activities. The activities director always takes her favorites, the same high functioning residents out and everyone else is plopped in front of the tv with nothing to do. I’ve seen it multiple times. Patti the ED is rude and snarky. She is nasty to family members, and the residents themselves. She does not care about their wants or needs. Whenever corporate shows up or the yearly inspection comes around, everyone runs around trying to paint a pretty picture of how the community is. The same thing happens when anybody is touring the campus. But i can assure you, it’s all fake. Patti should have been fired a long time ago. I’ve heard several complaints about her and how she is but nobody does anything. Nurses, PCA’s and the medication people are all awesome. But the managers and higher up’s are all terrible and do not do their jobs properly. New people need to be hired. Patti is as fake as it comes.
