Very kind and friendly staff!
Love this place; clean.
Clean. Poor communication between staff. Moderate staff turnover. The food's not very noteworthy.
Beautiful place ,great staff, wonderful activities director. Awesome residents
Friendly atmosphere, good food, many activities, and entertainment.
UPMC took a lot of pressure off of me, providing total care. Of course Cumberland Crossing is a much lower level of care. This was a much better experience than at the previous facility we went to. They had a vendor who supplied what the patient needed and simply sent a bill. This is a good place that is well run and clean. They help make the difficult task of placing your loved one in assisted living much easier.
I sometimes work here under a school program, and the employees are very nice and welcoming to the other students I go with. Also, the atrium in the middle is very nice and allows in some natural light.
Cumberland Crossing is a very caring facility. I personally have been there and watched how the residents were treated. Best ever. All I can say you can't please everyone. I see no reason to be calling people names. These people work very hard and believe me I could never do the work these fine people do.
