Rodent infested dump. My mother is stuck there for now and has been in three different rooms. the first one wasn't great but better than the next two she has spent time in and where she is now. I have seen dead mice, live mice, mouse droppings... my mother has named two mice she sees in her room and drops food on the floor for them. She is not getting how its bad that they are there. The physical therapists seem very nice but their facility is crap. Some of the aides are ok but others seem like they are just there for the paycheck until something better comes along. You cannot get ahold of caseworkers, my uncle called for two weeks, had to drive in from 3hrs away to meet with someone and still learned nothing useful. I have not gotten calls back after complaints at the front desk for two weeks straight. The Dept of Health has been notified by me twice about mice and they just say "they can't do anything while a current investigation is still ongoing for the problem", "there can not be two overlapping complaints about the same thing". Sometimes the front desk staff is to busy on their phone to even acknowledge you exist when you come in. The face scanner that gives you a visitor badge will have no stickers to print, the elevator breaks often, hand sanitizer has multiple places to be but will be empty or just none to use at all. I was in the room visiting mom and an aide came in to change the other woman on the other half of the room. they were behind a curtain, but you could still see that the dirty adult diaper was put on the floor until the aide was finished. She picked everything up but there was some feces on the floor. Maintenance came in with a mop and just spread it all around, it didn't really "clean it" all up. I could literally see tiny feces pieces on the floor after he left. Because this place is an old hospital, many rooms still have electrical outlets up high on walls. They were never moved down. So, the head of her bed hits the outlet as they move her or the bed around. This breaks things plugged into the outlet. I have replaced a couple phone chargers already and when I tried to solve the problem by bringing in a flat headed extension cord (so it would not get busted), they confiscated it, and didn't give it back. Now the last time I was there the new phone charger was of course broken, again, hanging out of the outlet. I told them I wanted them to replace everything and have not heard back. This is just so far, I can't even imagine what is ahead with them.
Went to visit my nephew this week who is a patient on the 6th floor as I was waiting for the elevator by the dining room I looked inside and saw a girl from the activities department she said her name was Amber I believed the residents were having a prom at the facility and I was so impressed how she was creating a tree branch by branch putting up wall paper by herself and I was so impressed and amazed how talented she was and how a single person could transfer a room when I visited Wednesday she was still hard at work so these stars are dedicated to her very impressive work

Good staff, very knowledgeable. Place reaked of foul oder. Please add a much more pleasant smell. Good visit.
Outdated and dirty!
I wish I could give no stars. Place is dirty. Staff are ignorant to residents. Patients in solied diapers no help. Call bell not being answered. Disgusting place all around. They have air conditioner heating units in windows that are blowing filthy stuff when on. Horrible place all the way around. I feel for the patients that have no one to advocate or check on them.
As a first time guest I felt very welcome there, everyone I passed was pleasant and greeted me, and the sign-in process was simple, front desk people were helpful.
