My mother has been a resident for a year. She is treated like family and “loves the food”. Care takers, nursing , administrator, and hair dresser all work as a unit to provide residents a happy, comfortable and safe environment . As a retired nurse myself, I appreciate the detailed care and compassion.

I am impressed by Concordia’s personal approach, caring employees and the excellent condition of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Concordia at the Orchard to anyone who is looking for a home for their family member who is in need of additional care and is no longer able to live on their own. Thank you, Concordia for providing a cozy, safe, And compassionate environment for my Mother’s last years of her life. I am impressed by Concordia’s personal approach, caring employees and the excellent condition of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Concordia at the Orchard to anyone who is looking for a home for their family member who is in need of additional care and is no longer able to live on their own. I got to experience firsthand the array of activities and events offered to the residents when I stopped by to visit and there was a bingo game or crafting event happening. It’s really special to know they offer an abundance of activities to improve your loved one’s quality of life. Concordia at the Orchard gave our family peace of mind, knowing our Mom was cared for in the most excellent way as we all visited there numerous times throughout the week and never once had to question the standard of care she was given. Any issues were always addressed to us promptly as well. The communication was superb.

My mother moved into Concordia at the Orchard about 18 months ago because she was no longer safe to live on her own, yet she didn’t want to live with any of her children. She was initially upset about having to move to an assisted living facility but has since said that it was the absolute best decision she/we ever made. To say that the Orchard is “her home” doesn’t say enough. Every single staff member at the Orchard knows my mom by name, but they know so much more than just her name. They know how she’s feeling each day, they know what she likes (and dislikes) to eat, they know what activities she prefers to attend and so much more. My mom has gained an extended family at the Orchard that we could have never imagined. As an RN myself, I value the open communication between the staff, physician, and family. When they arise, mom’s medical needs have been addressed quickly and effectively each time. We couldn’t be more happy with Concordia at the Orchard!
Choosing a facility for a loved one can often be stressful and very difficult. My family found ourselves in this situation due to a life changing need, but the staff and administration at The Orchard were there to support and facilitate the transition from home life to assisted living. We trust the care and respect the entire team making our loved one comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend Concordia at The Orchard!
We are very happy with the care provided by Concordia at the Orchard. We find the staff to be great, very kind and professional.
As family members age or become incapable of their own care the big question is where can they go and receive the care they need and deserve. I have had to help solve this problem on too many occasions. Concordia at the Orchard is just such an extraordinary place. This facility treats their patients with dignity, respect, and the Main ingredient, LOVE. Love is something that can't be faked and the entire staff at the Orchard portrays love and care in everything they do. God Bless The Orchard and all who Serve here
The administrator has done an excellent job with the staffing. She is very approachable, and genuinely understanding and caring person of the clients.
