I toured Colonial Gardens Guest House. It seemed like it might be okay. It's going to be cheaper for my brother to get his own room, and they don't have a level of care, but most of the people there are all veterans. It's all men and it's all that. He seems to like it here and says it is cleaner than the other place he was at. The staff is friendlier here and attentive to his needs. They serve 3 very good meals a day. They try to engage him to join the daily activities. They have several courtyards and patios he will enjoy when the weather is warmer. I would recommend this community.
This community offers care for residents with more special needs than my loved one had. The community did have a slight odor when you walked in. The person that took us on tour was nice.
