I experience mixed messages and mixed updates They sent my loved ones home and they are doing poorly.

They used our staffing services for months, costing us $100,000+ yet have stopped responding to requests for payment. Their current parent company "Alliance Health Care" refuses to pay their bills. I'm pretty sure this entire Alliance company is a sham designed to defraud everyone and anyone involved with them will end up in jail- hopefully sooner rather than later.

At this facility, mother has a roommate that screams extremely loud for hours, which is affecting her health and when I ask for the problem to be resolved, I don't get satisfactory results and the problem is still ongoing.

My husband was a patient here from August to October 2021…the care he received as a patient and the care that was extended to me as a spouse was exemplary. He was admitted August 19 and COVID Lockdown began September 1, but the care didn’t change…they transported him for doctor visits so I did get to see him and he had nothing but good things to say about the staff. And oh that staff❤️❤️They went above and beyond talking to me every time I called in, calling me to update me on his condition, making sure I got the people I needed to for information and they were kind and pleasant every single time.

Do NOT send your relatives to this awful place! This has been a nightmare. They are currently under investigation for physical abuse among other things. They are understaffed and the staff who actually care are fleeing in droves. We have filed numerous complaints, tried to work with staff. In my opinion they are just negligent and interested in collecting insurance money and moving on. My sister was supposed to be here for rehab but they have found more excuses to put it on hold then not. The food is horrendous. At this point she’s lucky if she gets her meds at all let alone on time. All you get in response to complaints is lip service and nothing ever changes. These patients might as well be taking care of themselves.

My grandmother was discharged from the hospital to this facility for rehab. I have been beyond frustrated at her care and what my mother has witnessed.I should also say I have worked in Facilities such as this including during the pandemic. The billing and insurance issues I have never seen anywhere, even in the poorly rated ones. Staff having masks under their chin while interacting with patients, not identifying patient (this happened twice) and had my mother not been present would have taken my grandmother to another patients appointment, not taking dentures out at night(choking hazard) or oral care, not alerting POA as to care plan appointment (except for the first) and not alerting when insurance is going to stop covering (there is so much more but this is long enough). Luckily my mom found the care plan appointment date and time on a paper they gave to my grandmother. 2 months after not alerting my mom to insurance stop, calling her at like 6pm to tell her my grandmother owes $20,000. Then when questioned saying well they told my grandmother (who has dementia which is why she a POA).My mom as POA is on file and she signed all the admission forms. They did contact my mother for the bill (imagine the surprise).im so glad my mother is as involved as she is and advocating for my grandmother. One positive: PT really helped my grandmother. Regardless, Please don’t send anyone you love here.

Can't say what I really want to about it this place. Because it's not good at all.

Maintenance department is a joke. Employees never put anything away and the maintenance shop and office are discussing. They need to hire baby sitters more then any thing. Walk in and look in the elevators and you will see hell just walk down the halls. Nurses with nose rings and painted finger nailes. I would never put anybody in this place.
