Staff was friendly. The building is old and dilapidated. Much of the equipment doesn’t work well. Too bad the owners won’t upgrade. Very loud there.
My MIL has been at this facility for almost 5 years. The nursing and aids are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The kitchen does well with what they are given (sorry guys, I know it's rough.) The facility itself is very clean and maintenance acts quickly to rectify issues. Some things slip through the cracks, but a little kindness and persistence tends to solve most issues. I have never actually met the doctor, but the physicians assistant is very kind and works quickly to solve issues. Nicole in scheduling makes my life so much easier when it comes to outside appointments. The company has changed a few times over the years, chaos follows, but these people keep persevering despite their trials. Thank you all.
Our dad is currently a resident here and we are very happy with the care he is getting from the nurses to the aids to the janitorial and the kitchen staff, we are pleased.
They cared for my mom very well in the final years of her life. I am greatful.
Do not go there. Very poorly run. On the third day my husband was there I asked the administrator to set up a meeting so I could speak to the doctor. Nothing was done. I asked four days later. Again nothing was done. I asked an aide what the PA looked like and I was able to track him down to get the information I needed. I never did see the doctor. My husband was there for 13 days and lost 19 pounds. Lunch was served anytime between 12:00 and 1:30.. One night for dinner he was served a small hamburger on a bare bun, no ketchup, no mustard, absolutely nothing. When he asked for ketchup he was told they ran out. The only good thing was the therapists. There was no communication, no cooperation and so I took my husband out AMA. The nurse who discharged him didn't explain anything to me about his pills or anything that would help me when I got him home. All she said was "Sign here".
I like the facility and the staff was real friendly.
My Mom looking and feeling better. The facility has done well
