Wonderful place to have family in. Very friendly and caring caregivers. Arden is very clean and well maintained .

I place my husband at Arden Courts last month I am not close by and the feedback I get is great. He seems happy and well cared for. I can't wait to see him! Everyone seems to love him there
Choosing a facility for a loved one is never an easy decision and after many tours of places in the South Hills, I knew from the moment I toured into this place and met the staff that it was where my aunt belonged. My aunt lived here for 10 months and was treated with love, dignity and respect from her first day to her last day. No matter when I walked into the facility, it was always the same a warm, clean, family-oriented environment. I can't say enough about the staff from the food service, maintenance, aids, activities, nursing and office staff; they all knew my aunt and spoke and treated her kindly whenever they had contact with her. Please know if you place your loved one here you won't regret your decision.
I was very impressed with Arden Courts Jefferson Hills. I met with [name removed], the Advisor of Arden Courts. She understood my situation & was very reassuring about taking care of my Mother. The facility is fabulous. You have to see it for yourself. They also have a beautiful outdoor space. I met all of the staff. I felt the warmth & caring from them. Without saying anymore, I knew it was the BEST place for my Mom. You need to meet the staff & tour the facility. You will fall in love with the staff, residents & the facility. Just go see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't. I am very thankful for Arden Courts! You will be too!
[name removed] has been there 6 moths. Staff goes out of way to help [name removed]. I am particularly impression with the executive director. [name removed] and her executive staff. They are continually engaged and helpful with residents. At all times. They go out of their way to help resident know their condition and provide direct care giving whenever necessary.
We toured Arden Courts of Jefferson Hills. It was very nice. Everybody brought in a wreath, and all the rooms were decorated. They had a little box where you could put stuff in it. The staff was very, very nice. When you came in, they offered you cookies. I liked the porches outside where they would take the patients, and there was nice scenery.
