As someone in the senior industry, AHAVA does a fantastic job supporting seniors with a memory care diagnosis. I've toured the AHAVA community numerous times and watched staff work with the seniors in a caring, compassionate, and engaging manner. Their adult day program provides daily supports and families know their loved one is in a safe, caring place.
I have known Trent for a couple of years as we are in the same industry and he is very professional and represents the JAA very well.
Trent is the best! He is very helpful!
The worst. The nursing supervisor, Linda, lied to us about how our family member was doing. Linda didn't have to lie she just needed to tell the truth.
This place is awful. The staff is rude and don't seem to care much about what their residents need. The whole place is dirty and unsanitary. The nurses have little respect for the residents. Not recommended at all.
The rehab team was exceptional!!! The CNA’s need supervision. Some were very mean with very poor attitudes.
