We were so impressed with the high quality of care that our loved ones received, as well as the kindness and compassion that we witnessed every time we visited. All of the staff, from the front desk volunteers to the aides and nurses, smiled and said hello and asked how we were. When our loved ones were in their last moments, we saw how respectful and caring the staff were. Truly a great place for our loved ones!
I have had several family members at Zerbe, my mom is currently there. Great staff, great care - this place is as close to perfect as you can get. They get to know your loved one and they care. Place is clean, staff know my name and who I am there to visit. Food looks good too.
This is a high quality care center. My 97 year old grandfather was there for the last couple months of his life. And my family was so impressed with the care he received. The nurses and all the staff were patient and loving to my grandfather and also to my grandmother and our whole family. We highly recommend this place for your loved ones who need care.
Zerbe Retirement Community is a wonderful place for loved ones to feel safe and cared for. The staff are kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of activities to keep residents happy and engaged. We are so thankful for the peace of mind they provide.
Don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t know how to treat their employees fairly. Too much favoritism. What’s good for one, should be good for all, but that’s not the case here. They would just rather sweep it under the rug than to address the issues so to speak. Don’t recommend working here unless you wanna work with a bunch of weird crazy people!
This place sucks
Got lost. Couldn't find it. Gps signal lost. They don't give you the code to get in prior to going. Then they just hand you an assignment tell you to go on your first day. 🙄 I was clueless in which direction the rooms were or the correct wing I was supposed to be in. Didn't get the codes foe the trash or briefs etc. Everything needed a code. No report on the residents. So I had to take the residents words on how they ambulated or transfer. I mean no one was there to see if you had the correct assignment or if you were properly transferring them or anything.
Fantastic place. Very clean and very friendly staff
