This is THEE WORST place to put your loved ones. The staff seem supportive, but its too many for the few nurses. Ghetto. You know when you go somewhere and notice if its PROFESSIONAL or GHETTO. The communication between morning shift and afternoon shift is TERRIBLE.

My visit with my brother (neil maddox) was uplifting. As I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant receptionist. The nursing staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is the worst nursing/rehab place you could ever send your family to. My mother was there, she did not get the treatment she was suppose to. the facility is dirty. They do not have enough staff to support the patients. My mother's roomate fell out of her bed, she was on the floor for over an half hour yelling for help. It took me to call another staff member who was higher up to get them to attend to her. She ended up going to the hospital and never coming back. Also the food is not what the menu says it is. I took my mother food up there everyday. I was asked to assit my mother with…

I took my mother food up there everyday. I was asked to assit my mother with moving her around in the bed, due to staff shortage. She was found sleep in a wheelchair, where she could have fallen out and onto the floor. There was no hot water for a week. I wouldn't send my dog to this place.

Well supplies, nice team. The nurses are very helpful. I had a great shift. I’m gunna keep picking up shifts there to make my schedules work better

Staff was instantly responsive to my request for patient expressed desire for liquid refreshments. It’s the little things that go along way with a rehabilitating person journey back to full health and independence. I have no reason to expect that type of responsiveness is not executed, at the patient’s request, even when no family member is present.

A friend of mine was there the staff was great, understanding and over and beyond.they were nice to me when I come thru to see my friend....the facility needs repairs and updating.the staff was great

They gave me and my mom a hard time she was scheduled to be discharged the next I was up there trying to pick her up a day earlier they made a super big deal

One start is generous however they far from clean! My father has an open wound and had the call line open for over an hour! His room toilet is clog! His roommate still having issues with nursing giving him his medication on time! My father medication that his doctor recommended him to take on the clock are “not in order” “not stock”! Unless you call the front desk noone will check on your love ones! One nurse ran from her station to his room to close his open wound today! Not to mention Friday 4/24/2026 I’ve spoke to a so call supervisor named Romana who had zero professional experience or skills on how to handle patients services and or concerns! This a dump Health department needs to investigate this place! My mother had to clean up my father room! Where his roommate said this is the cleanest I’ve seen! Yes I’m currently working on removing my father from this dumpster place! So much complaint to this place I’ve reported to his insurance company of patients neglect!
