The staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions. The food is tasty. If we have any issues or concerns with the care of our mother, they are willing to listen and help find a resolution.
Everyone is polite and helpful, they took very good care of my wife while she was going through rehab there always said hi and explained her progress. I also want to thank Tiffani Schlegel admission Director for all her help and guidance through all our needs and concerns absolutely outstanding, and understanding. Thank you Tiffani and the entire staff.

The staff is kind and treats residents with respect. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this facility to families looking for quality care for their loved ones.
I'm impressed how well this facility operates. From meeting Tiffany to learn about the place and Tracy helping with the Medicare stuff and Kelly taking mom & meeting us at the doctor appointment. And of course the front desk folks, especially Nadia who is awesome sauce.
The only thing I’d like more of is communication. There is NO communication between the doctors/nurses/staff with the family. If I ask about my Mom, they will share. I would love to see a portal of some sort that we could communicate through. That would be awesome!
From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by a warm inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. The facility is beautifully maintained. Every team member is compassionate, attentive and genuinely dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
Had a excellent experience at Willow Brook from Nadia at the door who helped my husband enter the building on a daily basis with his wheel chair Summer who was always helping to all the administrative staff to the excellent nurses and my aids who took excellent care of me. I cannot mention names in fear I would omit someone's name. You know who you are and I thank you. The therapy department Adam. Becky and Paul who did their best for me to achieve my goals under difficult circumstances. I thank them with all my heart for not giving up on me. The Occupational Therapy area was always there to assist in anyway they could. I thank the kitchen staff for caring about my dietary needs. The cleaning staff goes above what is expected to maintain the facility. Jessie who always made sure I had my supplies that were needed. I wish I could name all the wonderful people that I met at Willow Brook but there are just too many. Excellent!! If need be I would happily return there and I highly recommend the facility.
